The Great Connector: The Story of The Lawrence Hopewell Trail

The story of how local governments and businesses came together to create the Lawrence Hopewell Trail.

Twenty years ago, Eleanor Horne of Educational Testing Service and Becky Taylor of Bristol Myers Squibb conceived the idea of a nature trail connecting local communities in Mercer County, New Jersey. The 22-mile loop encourages individuals to get outside, enjoy nature and connect with fellow neighbors. This mini-documentary serves as a testament to all the people involved with the non-profit and its benefit to the community.

Your one-time or recurring donation will support the ongoing programing and fiscal accessibility of our events for trail non-profits around the world.

The World Trails Film Festival is a sponsored project of Fractured Atlas, a non-profit arts service organization. Contributions for the charitable purposes of The World Trails Film Festival must be made payable to “Fractured Atlas” only and are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
