The Beach of Dreams

Beach of Dreams is a poetic meditation on walking, the changing landscape and the effects of climate change.

Follow the journey of a small group of people as they walk 500 miles over 35 days along the east coast of England. Through the use of montage and sound, the film draws awareness to the relationships among the images of the long journey and the several voices of the participants. Beach of Dreams is a poetic collection of asides and digressions that form a portrait of the embodied physicality and human effort of the long coastal path journey where loss, memories, geography and imagination meet.
