Lost on Purpose

A team of community members and passionate mountain bikers come together to use trails to connect local towns in Northern California.

In the Lost Sierra region of Northern California, we are taken on a gravel exploration highlighting the existing roads in advance of the Connected Communities trail project. This region north of Lake Tahoe is using recreation as an attraction for visitors and residents. This film was born at the intersection of incredible natural beauty, adventurous spirit, and a healthy dose of impatience.

Your one-time or recurring donation will support the ongoing programing and fiscal accessibility of our events for trail non-profits around the world.

The World Trails Film Festival is a sponsored project of Fractured Atlas, a non-profit arts service organization. Contributions for the charitable purposes of The World Trails Film Festival must be made payable to “Fractured Atlas” only and are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
