Three high-schoolers learn about the Florida Wildlife Corridor as they paddle 50 miles through waterways and forests.

Three high school girls embark on a 50 mile trek by kayak and paddle boards from Florida’s Rainbow Springs State Park to the Gulf of Mexico. Along the way, they explore the hidden rivers, springs, and forests in their backyards, while talking with local ecologists who share the work they are doing to help preserve these natural areas. Their journey through the Florida Wildlife Corridor works to connect the next generation to the few remaining wild places in the Sunshine State.
