The Trails that Connect Us: A World Trails Film Festival Screening

Maine Coast Heritage Trust and The Nature Conservancy invite you to join us for an evening of film and community at our The Trails that Connect Us: A World Trails Film Festival Screening! Enjoy a showcase of captivating short films from the 2024 World Trails Film Festival that celebrate the impact of trails and the diverse stories that unfold along them.

You’ll get a chance to speak with our policy experts about what trails mean to our communities in Maine and how you can help us protect these recreational assets for the generations to come.

IN SUPPORT OF MAINE TRAILS

"If a majority of Maine voters support Question 4, the Bureau of Parks and Lands will have access to $30 million to improve trails and build new ones over the next four years."

The Maine Trails Bond will:

  • Provide $30 million over four years in competitive grant funding to towns, organizations, and clubs;
  • Support design, maintenance, and construction of trails;
  • Ensure equal access to funding for all types of trails, including for motorized trail use, non-motorized uses, and multi-use trails;
  • Help leverage other sources of public or private funding for trail support.

FILM PROGRAM

Your one-time or recurring donation will support the ongoing programing and fiscal accessibility of our events for trail non-profits around the world.

The World Trails Film Festival is a sponsored project of Fractured Atlas, a non-profit arts service organization. Contributions for the charitable purposes of The World Trails Film Festival must be made payable to “Fractured Atlas” only and are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
